2. Information you provide

The contact form collects your name, email address, subject, message, and a submission timestamp. Fields are required to send an inquiry. Phone numbers, company details, project files, and other information are collected only if you choose to include them in a message or subsequent correspondence. Please avoid sensitive information, passwords, payment-card numbers, and identity documents.

If you commission work, correspondence and agreed project or invoice records may include contact details, billing details, and transaction references. This website has no customer registration, login, newsletter subscription, checkout, or card-entry form. It does not collect account passwords or full payment-card details.

3. Information collected during a visit

The hosting infrastructure receives your IP address, requested URL, request time, browser/user-agent information, and other connection metadata needed to serve and protect the site. The deployed Caddy web-server configuration enables access logging. The site runs a Next.js application behind Caddy, managed by PM2. These software components do not identify a hosting company, and no particular hosting provider or data-residency commitment is represented here.

Google Analytics is available only after you choose to allow analytics in the cookie controls. When allowed, it measures page visits, referral information, browser/device information, approximate geographic information, and interactions associated with cookie identifiers. Google receives network information including your IP address when analytics requests are sent. Contact-form contents are not intentionally sent as analytics events. Rejecting analytics leaves the site and contact form available.

Language, sound, and introductory-screen preferences use browser storage as described in the Cookie Policy. Pointer positions used by visual effects are processed in the browser; the application does not transmit them as contact or analytics data.

4. Purposes and legal grounds

Information is used to answer inquiries, prepare quotes, deliver agreed services, administer invoices, resolve disputes, protect the website, and meet applicable legal obligations. Where a legal basis is required, responding to a requested quote and fulfilling an agreement rely on steps toward or performance of a contract; legally required records rely on legal obligations; proportionate security and business administration rely on legitimate interests, balanced against your rights. Optional analytics relies on your consent, which you can withdraw in Cookie settings. An inquiry is not a marketing subscription.

5. How the contact form works and service providers

Form submissions pass through this website’s server to Google Apps Script. The supplied Apps Script implementation stores the name, email, subject, message, and timestamp in Google Sheets. Google receives data sent to that service. The form reports success only after the submission service confirms success; if confirmation fails, contact us by phone / WhatsApp and avoid repeatedly submitting sensitive information. A submitted visitor email address is a reply detail, not a published company email address.

Hosting and infrastructure providers process connection data to deliver and secure the website. Some project-detail pages load technology icons from jsDelivr, which receives connection metadata when those assets are requested. If analytics is enabled and accepted, Google provides that service. Links to GitHub, WhatsApp, and portfolio projects lead to separate services governed by their own notices. No embedded social advertising pixels or on-site payment processor are implemented.

6. Sharing and international processing

Information is shared as necessary with providers used to host the site, handle messages, and carry out an agreed project; with professional advisers when needed; or where law requires disclosure or protection of legal rights. It is not sold or shared for cross-context behavioral advertising by this application.

Google and other service providers may process information in countries different from yours. Applicable safeguards and transfer requirements depend on the operator’s jurisdiction, the provider, and the relevant service arrangement. This notice does not claim a particular transfer agreement, certification, or data-residency guarantee. 7. Retention and deletion

The contact endpoint validates and limits incoming fields; this does not mean the website or its providers are certified or immune to attacks. Do not send secrets or unnecessary sensitive data through public inquiry channels.
