Refund & Cancellation Policy

Fair cancellation and refund rules for quoted digital-service projects, deposits, and third-party expenses.

Legal operator: Mazieight LLC · SAADLA is its brand, not a separate legal entity.

Last updated:

1. Scope and your legal rights

This policy applies to services commissioned directly from Mazieight LLC, operating under the SAADLA brand, under an accepted proposal. This website has no online checkout or self-service subscriptions. The project agreement must identify the supplier, work, fees, and payment schedule before payment. Mandatory consumer cancellation, withdrawal, defective-service, and refund rights take priority over this policy.

2. Before work starts

You may cancel through the website contact form or phone / WhatsApp. Prepaid service fees for work that has not begun are refundable, less only separately authorized third-party expenses already incurred that genuinely cannot be recovered. A deposit is an advance toward the project price, not automatically a non-refundable fee. Any separately agreed reservation fee must be clearly explained before payment, reasonable, and lawful; this page does not impose one.

3. After work starts and partial delivery

If you cancel after work starts, the settlement is based on completed work at the agreed rates or milestones, plus authorized and documented unrecoverable expenses. Unearned prepaid fees are refunded. You may request an itemized explanation. Amounts for work already properly completed are normally non-refundable, subject to remedies for defective or undelivered services and mandatory law.

If there is a disagreement about quality or delivery, describe the specific issue and the agreed requirement. Depending on the issue and applicable law, a correction, replacement, proportionate price reduction, or refund may be appropriate. Accepting a deliverable does not remove non-waivable rights. If the operator cannot perform the remaining agreed work, prepaid amounts for that undelivered work will be refunded.

4. Domains, hosting, licenses, APIs, and other expenses

Domain registrations, hosting, software licenses, stock assets, API usage, and similar third-party purchases are incurred only as agreed for the project. An expense is deducted only to the extent authorized, actually incurred, and not recoverable from the provider. Recoverable amounts should be credited back to the customer. Provider refund restrictions and renewal responsibilities should be disclosed before purchase. Account and asset transfer depends on ownership and the provider’s rules.

5. How to cancel or request a refund

Contact Mazieight LLC through https://saadla.site/en/contact#contact or phone / WhatsApp at +212 687 917 838. State “Cancellation” or “Refund” and provide the project or invoice reference, the payment date and amount if relevant, and the requested outcome. Do not send card numbers or bank credentials. The request is effective when received; work after that point should be limited to agreed or reasonably necessary wind-down steps, with charges explained.

The operator aims to acknowledge requests within five business days and provide an assessment within ten business days after receiving the necessary information. These are handling targets, not a guarantee of bank settlement times, and shorter legal deadlines take priority. If more time or evidence is needed, you should receive an explanation. Approved refunds are normally returned through the original payment method; provider and bank posting times vary. No arbitrary refund-request cutoff overrides statutory rights.

6. Recurring services and cancellation

No recurring plan is sold through this website. If a separate maintenance or hosting agreement is offered, it must state its billing cycle, cancellation notice, renewal process, and any treatment of unused prepaid periods before acceptance. Cancelling such an agreement stops future charges as specified in that agreement and applicable law; it does not by itself cancel a third-party service held in your own account.

7. Consumer withdrawal and disputes

Where consumers have a statutory cooling-off period, it remains available. Beginning services during that period requires any request, notice, or consent required by local law. A loss of withdrawal rights for fully performed services or digital content is not assumed merely because payment was made.

Please contact the operator about an unrecognized or disputed charge so it can be investigated. Contacting us is not a precondition to using a bank or payment-provider dispute process, and this policy does not restrict those deadlines or rights. There is no penalty for raising a good-faith dispute. Duplicate recovery for the same payment should be avoided.
